Incorrect answers marked in red before completion, cannot review correct answers of completed test. Before finishing a sample test, you can double-check all answers. However, incorrect answers are already marked in red, making to double-check more like cheating. Additionally, once a sample test has been completed, only incorrect answers can be reviewed. If you guessed at any answers but got them right, there's no way to see those questions again.

This app seemed closest to meeting my needs. I was wrong. It skips questions and counts the skipped questions as wrong answers. It asks questions which have been withdrawn from the current 2020 - 2024 question pool. Uninstalling.
