I received my first Technician's license back in '01, but it expired, so I'm preparing for my next exam 25 years later, and I stumbled upon Ham Radio Prep, and I'm really impressed with both the teaching and the practice exams that they offer. I've completed the training, and now I'm doing a battery of practice exams each day prior to the actual exam, and I really appreciate the explanations of the answers after answering the questions. I'm really sold on HRP, and I can't wait to get General!

I was very happy with the Technician material, but the General class material is awful. Explanations are clearly AI-generated and often confusing or contradictory. The videos teach to the test with very little explanatory content to put the information in context. Very disappointed.

Enjoyed some of the free stuff and decided to purchase a premium package. Unfortunately, everything is still locked like before purchasing. The app tells me to get premium, then a popup says I've already purchased it over and over in a loop. The free materials seemed good, but it seems like the app has some issues. $58.43 I doubt I'll get back. EDIT: After reaching out to support I was sent an unrelated copy/paste answer and have not gotten another response after 24 hours. Refund requested.

Great lessons great quizzes poor app, no offline mode to access lesson that are downloaded, lesson are tucked in a file structure not visible to access so they can't be played continuously in a media player app
