Chelsea and Westminster Hospital has one of the largest hand therapy teams in the NHS with vast experience treating a range of upper limb conditions.
Hand Therapy was developed at the hospital to support your journey to recovery. The app contains high-quality exercise videos and fast access to educational treatment information that can be accessed anywhere, anytime to help comprehension and compliance with home rehabilitation. The exercise videos aim to motivate you to complete your prescribed programme with confidence.
Information included in this app is intended to be used in conjunction with treatment from a suitably qualified therapist or health professional and must be used under guidance. All content is based on best evidence and has been developed with patients in mind. If you experience pain or discomfort stop using the app and seek medical advice.

After injuring my finger these exercises are great and got it better. They have leaflets to download which explain what's happening. These were far better than my local hospitals offering. Well recommended to anyone who needs hand exercises and are worried. The whole app will explain and help.

This is a very worst app ever seemed. Exercise of two are same. It should not exist in play store. Only this app is for wasting time and internet
