I enjoy it much more than scrolling through YouTube or Instagram looking for handstand videos, but ultimately getting distracted and sidetracked every time. Kyle Weiger's app provides a quiet focus space to work on handstands with no other distractions. His instructions are clear and friendly. What I wish the app had - a clear way to diagnose the "bottleneck" skill needed for each student.

Only 3 days in and already held my first non-wall-supported handstand for a few seconds! The fall drills and kick-ups gave me the confidence to move away from the wall. The short “Build Your Own Class” videos are perfect—variety, structure, and not overwhelming. I’ve been working on handstands for a year, and this app finally makes it feel achievable. Can’t wait to see where I’ll be by day 30. Highly recommend!

Literally everything except the "welcome" video costs money. Would have been nice to know that before downloading. After spending less than 10 min clicking on every single class shown only to have every one take me to a page asking me to pay to unlock, I am uninstalling the app. Worthless unless you are willing to pay for a membership. And not exactly a cheap one either. Too bad.
