I love this yoga app! I am trying it out on a free monthly challenge. Mary articulates how to get into poses very well. Her voice is gentle and calming in an authentic way. It is very easy to follow along. I learn more from her about poses than many yoga classes I've gone to in person. She definitely knows her stuff and is gifted in her ability to teach it. I can't say enough good stuff about this app. I highly recommend it if you want to improve your yoga or if you are just starting out.

I love this app! I've done little bits of yoga here and there in the last but this is my favorite way to practice (even in my inconsistency). Mary is a great yoga instructor especially for beginners as she breaks down all the moves into little pieces, so you are able to follow along. I find that her reminders to breathe always come at the perfect time, as well as the reminders to maybe remember to gently press your knee out. Thanks for making yoga so accessible!

It makes you set up a profile, and then it doesn't allow you to try anything about this app without prompting you to sign up for the trial. There should at least be one sample routine available for people to try. $10/month or $100/year or $400 for lifetime in case you want to know before you download it.

Decided not to use the app and what a surprise you can't cancel anytime the cancel subscription option conveniently doesn't work. ANOTHER SCAM !!!!!!!!!!!!!
