After the latest firmware update (1.0.1.74), my CMF Buds Pro 2 started having audio issues. Sometimes the sound cuts out, and sometimes there is a crackling/jittery noise. The problem randomly happens in either the right or left earbud and then fixes itself automatically. Before this update, everything was working perfectly. I also tried using the “Send Feedback” option in the Nothing X app, but it is not working. Please fix this issue in the next update.

Poor Performance and Disappointing Reliability I bought a pair of Nothing earbuds, and the left earbud stopped working completely within the warranty period. I took it to the service center and received a replacement, but the exact same failure happened again after a year. I emailed customer support and received no response. It is thoroughly disappointing when a product fails repeatedly and customer service goes silent. People expect reliable quality when investing in a brand.
