The probe cannot be located through the Hanna Labs app. My Samsung Galaxy Note 8 Bluetooth can locate the probe but will not connect without a PIN. I've emailed tech support but, based on other reviews, am I guessing the response will be less than helpful. I wish I had seen these reviews before purchasing the probe.

Doesn't work on Android. My. Phone's Bluetooth settings see the probe, but it won't connect (asks for a PIN). The probe is not recognized in the app at all. The app works very well on all of my coworkers iPhones.
