I indicated on my placed order to bring change for Php1,000. The driver was pissed off and rude telling us we did not note it. There's a specification on the app whether the customer would pay the exact amount or to bring change. I just hope that the application really inform the drivers the specification on payment terms. If so, I hope the drivers employed would not be rude talking to customers.

I appreciate hungrily because it delivers to our place in the upland brgy. The only concern I have is that in its updated app it has removed the privileges of the PWDs for a discount on their order. I always order food for my apo who is a PWD. It is frustrating to know that the discount is not honored.

YOU BETTER NOT INSTALL OR USE THIS APP. -worst food delivery app ever! It will only waste your time and patience very poor delivery service you will have to wait for an hour before it is delivered to you.

The delivery time is MORE than an hour. The driver was apparently lost and could not find ouR house, BUT did NOT coordinate with us or called or chat us to confirm where we are. WE INITIATED THE TRACING OF THE DRIVER AND CALLED HUNGRILY TWICE JUST TO KNOW WHERE THE DRIVER IS, EVEN THOUGH THE DRIVER SHOULD HAVE INITIATED THE CALL OR TXT IF HE WAS LOST AND COULD NOT FIND US. PLUS, THERE IS NO WAY TO PINPOINT WHERE THE DRIVER IS AND A CHAT FUNCTION TO DIRECTLY MESSAGE HIM IF HE IS LOST.

Forcing automatic update on time and date is not really a good idea, i manual set up my time and date for a reason. Don't push user to put their time and date automatically, instead just put a time and date that you follow and show it on the apps instead of forcing us to set our time and date on automatic. I don't want to change my time and date, I rather go to Foodpanda. Thank you for your service before.

Does not connect to the internet even though the internet is strong. Also, the track delivery option is bad. The delivery time is so long

Please upgrade your app. Tracking order only says order placed. I don't even know if my order was being prepared or what. don't put 20-30 mins if it will take an hour to prepare the food.
