★★★★★ Very easy to use! We went to Give Kids The World for my son's make a wish, and it was wonderful to have!

★★★★★ Great concierge app! I used this app during a trip to miami. The front desk mentioned I could get information on the hotel and the surrounding area. Happ was very helpful and very easy to use. I was even able to communicate with the front desk and the manager on duty with help to book a tour. Great app; would highly recommend it.

★★☆☆☆ It worked a week before our trip and now since we are on our vacation it no longer works when we need it the most. It keeps saying it cannot connect to the internet. I never had that message before now. Many others are having the same issue with android

★★☆☆☆ Does not work. After typing in code it always says there's no internet connection. Doesn't matter what Wi-Fi, Hotspot, or data I'm connected to.
