Great concierge app! I used this app during a trip to miami. The front desk mentioned I could get information on the hotel and the surrounding area. Happ was very helpful and very easy to use. I was even able to communicate with the front desk and the manager on duty with help to book a tour. Great app; would highly recommend it.
