Very educational, which is always helpful. When I do any of the exercises, I feel like I have learned something new about myself or how to improve upon specific areas of my life/self. The complete app isn't free. Since the ppl working to create it have to pay bills like all of us. Although a lot of things are. These exercises are just as helpful as the others. I forgot my password. When I clicked on the reset password button sent to me in an email, it takes me to the website to install the app. It's already installed on my phone. I can't get into my account. I contacted support, and they sent me a link to access Happily with my Cigna account login. Click on the link and it doesn't work. If you're a Cigna user, don't waste your time trying to set up a Happily account.
