I am a maintenance tech in Winnipeg, this version is slower than the one we had two upgrades before. Also in inspections there is no assign button. Please downgrade the app or add assign button in inspection and make the app fast again 😊

Not sure what happened, but the app has gone back to the way it was, and I now have access to be able to view completed work orders again! 😀

NOT Android friendly. The app was OK before they did this entire update/revamp. Now doing an inspection, there is so much lag, you have to wait in between pictures. The app is constantly taking pictures (without button pressed) and loads into the pic you are currently tyring to take. So you have to delete almost every other photo. Pictures come out blurry, and takes almost 2x as long to do an inspection as before. If you have several units to inspect, I would recommend finding something else.

Everyone at our company was forced over to this app because they deprecated Happy Co Inspections. This one is way worse, connectivity and syncing are terrible and take forever, and there's not a convenient way to email out reports once the Inspections are completed and signed! The old one had a little envelope icon and you and the tenant could type in your email addresses and get a copy of the report. Now I have to log in to the site and download it and send it separately.
