HEALTH CONNECT — THE FULL PICTURE HarambeFit reads from (and writes to) Health Connect so your training and recovery data live in one place. Exactly what we use, and why: · Steps — your daily step count, front and center on your home screen · Sleep — last night's sleep stages and your sleep trends, used in your recovery score · Heart rate — average and max heart rate on each workout, plus your resting heart rate · Heart-rate variability (HRV) — your overnight HRV, which powers your daily recovery & readiness score · Body weight — track your weight trend over time. HarambeFit makes logging easy and syncs entries with Health Connect (both ways). Your body weight feeds training-volume calculations for bodyweight exercises, and applies fractional body weight to loaded movements like squats and deadlifts. · Workouts — import runs, walks, and other exercise sessions recorded by other apps into your HarambeFit history · Your daily Gorilla Gauge readiness score blends sleep, HRV, resting heart rate, and training load — so you know when to push and when to back off.

Great app! It's actually a bit too much data and menus. I wish I could mash this one and the x3 app together to come to a happy mid-point, but it gives you tons of options, and it's easy to customize and sort out

Did not try it because Harambe wants potential customers to pay for a 1-week trial with auto-renewals at their regular ratenl of $19.99. A very disingenuous tactic by making it difficult to cancel subscription.

Overall experience of this app is pretty bad. Some touch targets are tiny and difficult to hit. Sync to Health Connect would also be nice. Apps like Rubber Bands are a good alternative.

Can't even open it. On the main login screen when choosing Continue with Google it doesn't log in. Allows me to choose the login and then turns blanks and starts again
