Love the food and coffee. I wish there were bigger sizes for drinks and more protein options for food.

Easy to navigate the app, and gives you "alerts" that often include little coupon codes, which is nice! Haven't had issues. Loads a *little* slowly sometimes is all. p.s. Not related to the app- but you all I'm DEVASTATED that member's no longer get a keychain >:(. I have 4! I wanted 5. Am sad.

Having spoken with several store employees over the previous months asking about the new app, I was under the impression it would be the same subscription now just moved to the app, so I was happy to get it set up on the app. I am incredibly saddened and frustrated to see such a lack of transparency regarding what is included in the subscription - out of respect for long time customers, I think it would be worth denoting that there are no free drinks included in a 100 dollar subscription.
