We love ours and even with the condenser going out after the 3rd batch, harvest right did well getting our machine repaired under warranty, and we were only without it for 4 weeks.

I am in love with my harvest right. It is not that difficult to get started. I recommend doing your homework. Know as much as you can before getting started. I spent 7 months reading up on freeze drying. Now I am getting recipe books to make meals.

Terry are not straight up, I had spent 7000 on my Freeze dry XL it keeps on shutting down and come to find out it was the fuse because they send it with a 10 amp instead of a 20 amp, so they are sending me a new machine cause no one knew about the fuse problem. Week the new machine they sent out to me was a refurbished one which is not right at all, how I found out because I was having nothing but problem with the refurbished one. So nit right

Purchased a small freezer dryer from Harvest Right website. Ever since the first day I received it, it hasn't worked correctly! Oil blows out the demister, and it won't freeze dry anything! I've called several times and all they want to do is have me wash the filter, send them a picture of the oil level, take the pump apart and send them pictures of the inside of it. I have done all they have asked and still it doesn't work!!! I want them to replace it with a new one, but I can't get a call back!
