I enjoy how seamless the process is using Harvest, to track the hours I work and send invoices. My only criticism is that invoices don't have the option to show total hours beside the amount due.

Update!! Warning!! This app Harvest your email and probably information I've deleted the account but get emails at 2am every two weeks!! I really didn't understand the developers' response my review about the app without warning is no longer compatible with my device, and now I get emails at 2am waking me up the email was described and still I get emails spamming me saying to check some report. I don't remember signing to get emails.

Billed without warning. We thought we were on the free plan. Haven't even tested the product yet. Billed $140 without warning. No way to get immediate customer service response. Great way to ensure that my company will NOT be using Harvest.

Really mad at their recent decision to require Stripe for invoicing. They held my uninvoiced data entry hostage and wouldn't let me send an invoice till I connected Stripe which I have no intention of using. Stripe set up took forever and made me link a bank account. NOT COOL

Start timer button doesn't work 90% of the time, if you restart a timer it will pop up and say timer start but doesn't actually start you gotta wait for it to turn orange, which it hardly ever does. Doesn't work offline. Honestly makes me so mad to use that I'm wasting time trying to log my time and at the end of the day there is a ton of time wasted trying to make it function. I'll track my time elsewhere.
