Cannot log in on the app for my rewards, keeps saying my password is incorrect but lets me log in if I do it via the website!! What's the point of the app if I can't get to log in!

Terrible. This app will not open at all on my phone, all I get is a black screen, no matter what I try to do to rectify. How am I supposed to use points, get points or use any perks instore when I can't get on the app?

Won't open and crashes. Keeps saying it won't work on a rooted device but my phone is 100% genuine and only 2 months old. Now I can't track my return because if I try to use the web, my phone automatically tries to open the app
