Worst experience ever had. Order 1 set which contains. 4 items (2 items normal 2 gift) and get GWP 2 items. They just sent me the 2normal and 2 GWP items. Missing 2 gifts in the set.

Can't check out during the biggest sale of the year so by the time it's fixed everything will most likely be gone 😭 Please fix!! Update. Days after initially speaking to online chat, speaking to multiple people over the week, still doesn’t work & most of the things I wanted for Christmas presents are now out of stock! Thanks, Sephora. Your online "support" is beyond useless & Mecca will now be my go to as you couldn't care less about your customers.

I splurged on a perfume purchase to take advantage of a promo this month. Used the app to make purchase and definitely added the promo code in, manually selected the 5 items from the promo. Then, my package arrived without any of the 5 promo items, and when I contacted the customer service they said "well you should've checked if your receipt has the promo applied" like WHO DOES THAT, I checked before I made payment! Your app has issues, and you have a problem with accountability 😡

Can you guys please fix your GCash deep link? Every time I choose GCash as payment, it just sends me to the Play Store to download/open the app, then ends up on an error page instead of an actual QR or payment button. Tried four times in the app and kept getting payment failed. I only got it to work when I switched to the website. Like... what's the point of having the app if I still need the site to finish my order?

Most useless app and website ever. Address doesn't like parcel lockers, you don't get notified of out of stock items until you are at checkout stage. Total waste of time.
