My order was all canceled the next day after it was confirmed due to one item out of 7 was out of stock and when I tried to repurchase the other items they said sale is over. It's their fault the out-of-stock item was not shown on the app as out of stock and I told them to only cancel the unavailable item and re confirm the purchase with the price I bought it with during the sale they refused.

I lost my points without receiving anything on it. May not seem like a big deal, but what's the whole point of a loyalty program right? My points on the website don't tally with the points on the app. I can't even reach anyone in support.
