★★★★★ Um I rated Sephora a four because when you try on the makeup products it turns your face 🔴 and what I love about Sephora is that they are very generous and have amazing products!!! And plus my friend told me that you guys make your face 🔴 I don't think it does that!?

★★★★★ I love the app, however as of last night the app seems to be based in the US store not the Canada store? My address is deleted, and I cannot add back a Canadian address, so I cannot complete a purchase. Please have this corrected as soon as possible. 5 stars will come back once corrected. Bad rating is to bring attention to the issue.

★★★★★ I love the ability to look up my previous purchases to easily repurchase. I love how I can search for products, product reviews, and recommendations based on other users with the same skin type, complexion, and specific desires for the product's use. I love the rewards and that I can have my Sephora Beauty Insider Card and my Sephora Visa Signature Rewards Card linked.

★★☆☆☆ App used to be good. I deleted because it always says my password is incorrect even after I reset it. Every time I order I have to reset my password. It's not me either, I am not forgetting them. When you click onto an item it will go to an unavailable page sometimes. Also been trying to figure out how to upgrade to the Sephora Visa from regular card which was told to do from app, and it takes you right back to the previous page. My birthday reward is never accessible when it's my birth month.

★★☆☆☆ App deleted my saved Canadian address and will now only accept American address. Reading reviews it looks like this has happened to many people.

★★☆☆☆ Annnoyed! Everytime I go to use the shipping on the app it doesn't allow me to put in my canadian address... ive been a long time member and this is becoming super frustrating that I can just easily shop with you... now I have to call customer service first when I want to make an order... ? !
