The app won't let me sign in. I do not have a text cursor. I have uninstalled, cleaned cache and nothing. I had to call customer service in order to pay my bill. Frustrating.

When I go to pay my card and try to log in to the account center it won't let me click in the username or password spot to type in my informative. It's been like that for over a while now since there was that issue with it not letting people in at all! Extremely frustrating at this point edit 5/20/26 yes developers I do have the updated version of the app, no it still does not work. I still have to go to the website to access my account

I don't know what's going on but the app won't allow me to type on the credit card page. The sign in screen will come up but none of the areas can be clicked on to fill in. I know this is a sephora issue because the same company/app handles 2 other cards I have and there were no issues for them. I've tried logging out and back in. Fully uninstalling the app. Still nothing. This has forced me to use the less secure automated system, since I'm not close to a physical store, to pay my bill.
