I'm digging this. Clear instructions, you can customize the times for the exercise/rest/prep sets. The voice is not even close to sounding judgmental and guides you smoothly. There are different work out programs, and you can also view each exercise as a stand alone. Aside from stretching and some physical therapy exercises I was completely new to yoga. I went through multiple beginner yoga apps to try and find the right one and this one was the simplest and most comprehensive to use.

It's gives you direction on how to do it, and it's just great to finally start yoga again. Recommended for beginners.

★★★★☆ Sara Talebaoui · Jun 11, 2022

This app has helped me begin my yoga journey! Not at all daunting and is simple and easy to learn yoga!

★☆☆☆☆ Ify Ogwude · Sep 12, 2020

I'm sorry, had to change this from a 5 star to one star in the hopes of getting some attention. I have just one problem. I'm from Nigeria and unable to pay for the premium version. It's a shame cos I'd really like to be able to enjoy the app fully. Please fix this problem, so I can get the premium version using my debit card (naira Mastercard)

★☆☆☆☆ Life · Oct 6, 2023

Poor app.no customer support. Money deducted for premium version automatically without renewal permission. Minting money in the name of yoga.

★☆☆☆☆ Free Lance · Aug 9, 2024

Not for beginners when for your first set you need to touch your toes without bending knees and legs.
