★★★★★ It's giving you direction on how to do it, and it's just great to finally start yoga again. Recommended for beginners.

★★★★★ I'm digging this. Clear instructions, you can customize the times for the exercise/rest/prep sets. The voice is not even close to sounding judgmental and guides you smoothly. There are different work out programs, and you can also view each exercise as a stand alone. Aside from stretching and some physical therapy exercises I was completely new to yoga. I went through multiple beginner yoga apps to try and find the right one and this one was the simplest and most comprehensive to use.

★★☆☆☆ I'm sorry, had to change this from a 5 star to one star in the hopes of getting some attention. I have just one problem. I'm from Nigeria and unable to pay for the premium version. It's a shame cos I'd really like to be able to enjoy the app fully. Please fix this problem, so I can get the premium version using my debit card (naira Mastercard)

★★☆☆☆ Poor app.no customer support. Money deducted for premium version automatically without renewal permission. Minting money in the name of yoga.
