The HAVEN app is used to control HAVEN Connect, a preventative smart lock for doors. The HAVEN app uses BlueTooth in your smart phone to lock and unlock HAVEN Connect. Haven lockdown is easy to use. Is a better backup then those other lockdown. I have seen. With Haven lockdown, you don't have to be home to use it.

Not a very well-thought-out user interface. Bluetooth's functionality is bizarre. Product updates do not load on Samsung devices as far as I can tell.

Not usable on my phone moto g7 play android 10. Takes several minutes to find unit w a few retries. Will show current lock stat but upon trying to change state it loses knowledge of unit. Rinse repeat. Does not matter if current state is locked or not. Unit is not plugged in for charging.

The app has crashed on my phone 43 times customer service blamed it on my phone then stop emailing love the lock hate the app

The app never connects to the haven connect. The key fob is the only option to open and close the lock. Good idea but awful app. Needs a new design
