This app barely works. I managed to order which is fine. But my purchases aren't listed in my order history. I have a £5 voucher to claim for my next meal but rewards tab shows nothing, so I can't claim. It also crashes unexpectedly. Unfinished app.

As a loyal existing customer, who used the loyalty card before it was replaced by this app, I have been disappointed in the long awaited app. Whilst it has contact info for all three Havet restaurants, and whilst I have created an account and signed in, it does not recognize me. So every booking I make using the app requires me to type in my name, address, phone and email again which is very tedious. It has not recorded of existing bookings so the suggestion they can be 'managed' from the app is nonsense. Come on Havet, love your food, love your restaurant designs, love your staff - but the app is not up to your standard.
