★★★★★ This app recently stopped working properly: it did not see the items on an account that is linked, and then it forgets the linked account number. I just deleted it and reinstalled, and it is working fine now

★★★★★ The app had a bit of trouble at first dealing with the library gave me a temporary library card before upgrading me to a permanent card; for some reason this caused issues. However, I was able to contact the app developer support services, and they were quickly able to resolve my issue. I now have full use of the app, and it works very well with no issues since dealing with a very friendly and responsive support services team member. Fully recommend the app.

★★☆☆☆ Sure, the updated version of the HSPL app is "fancier" with more features, but that doesn't make it better and more reliable than the prior version. The new version is full of bugs! It takes forever just to open. Takes too many clicks to show info that was revealed in one click in prior version. New version will log you out even after you check, 'keep me logged in" and then doesn't retain your login info. Old app was simpler, cleaner and much more stable than this clunky version. REBUILD!

★★☆☆☆ Despite all the funding they get they do not qualify as a library to me. Their one problem is their archaic system. They have free internet there but is no vpn and never working. The platform they use is Old and people can spy on you. Their checkout system has holes. I borrowed DVDs and when returned they saidI owe the fee Lilia branch. The receipt was in the DVD box. Stupidity reigns in the library system with their old and antiquated ways!!
