Easy to use for my banking needs and easy to keep track of my accounts.

I've been using this app for over a year since banking with heritage. It gives me full control over my account my debit card, I love that I'm able to actually shut down my debit card for security reasons and turn it back on when I need it. Transfer funds from one account to another with just a couple of taps on the phone. Alot of useful functions and features.

I live in Virginia and the app allows me to still deposit checks and use my checking account and save his account without requiring me to use a different bank.

Constaly experiences issues, is slow and unintuitive and is visually unattractive.

I had my bank manager set up the payment to my credit card. App says payment was completed, but no money was removed from my account nor credited to my card. DO NOT USE THIS APP!

Ok, but avoid viewing checks, no way to go back to account view without logging out and relogging in.

New app is worse than the old one. Difficult to get check photos to align, and it does not give you a chance to review the backside photo of your check before you submit.
