Easy to use with many features that allow me to transfer funds, make remote deposits as well as monitor my accounts. The bill pay application is very convenient.

Sometimes the app doesn't work. Normally It's when there is a large deposit coming in. After about an hour it will work again. Other than that, the app is perfect. I love that I can check my balance and pay my credit card with it!

Too many updates and they never work anyway. Can never check my balance because of their updates. They always want to run updates on the weekends when they're closed knowing we can't get ahold of anyone to keep track of our balance. If they updated through the week we could at least call to keep updated with our balance if we needed to. Thinking about changing banks

The new app tells me my tablet is not compatible with the new version. It works on my Samsung phone, but not my tablet. For use on phone, where it works I would rate it higher, but since they upgraded, not me, I want it to still work on my Android 7 tablet, which it apparently does not. I don't want to have to buy a new tablet for their "upgrade" to work. I am not pleased.

No setting to enable biometrics? The main screen when opening the app says go into the settings to enable biometrics after logging in, but when I go to the settings there is no option to enable it

The mobile deposit interface/update is not good. The endorsement requirements make sense, but there is no way to accept or get past that. I'm no longer able to make mobile deposits, very frustrating

Fair until I try to log in. I know my password. But it said I have a wrong password or username WHEN I KNOW THAT'S NOT THE CASE. THIS THING NEEDS A UPDATE
