Great Bank and the app used to work but now with the updated version it takes forever to get into. I can click on the app to open, but it just attempts to load the sign on screen, and I have to open it multiple times before it finally loads that screen. Between this new app not functioning and the change to Master Card debit cards, it's been a pain to do anything. My cards have more issues with the chips than ever before and like I said before, it's difficult to even get into my account on here.

On opening, app shows a loading icon and never actually gets to the login screen, even after clearing cache, clearing data, rebooting phone, uninstalling and reinstalling the app...

No information I put in the app registers with my account. I have been getting emails stating the credit union needs certain info, I get sent a link that takes me to the app, I type in the information and submit, only to receive MORE emails threatening that if I don't give them the information needed, they'll "be forced" to take this or that action. They won't pull my car payment either and it's days past the due date. This is causing problems with my checking account. Calling does no good.
