This app doesn't work well. It keeps freezing and is now telling me that I need to update it, but it won't update. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it, but it still won't update. I hate this app and this bank.

Deviation from a normal typing interface negatively affects security protocols. Your problem: CAPS LOCK.

By far the worst app ever. I have to constantly Uninstaller and reinstall. When I'm not doing that, I'm re-enrolling in the app again. I seriously wish the bank would fix this!
