It's great to have a resource like this app. My only complaint is that the crime feature doesn't seem to work. I know for fact that several vehicles in my neighborhood were broken into 2 nights ago. Nothing on the app. My HOA notified me to bolo for any suspicious activity in the light of the break-ins. It would be great if the app could update in real time when a crime is reported.

Installed the app and went through all the questions. Was able to look at it in time. Now the app won't open. Very disappointed.

Two hours ago I went to pay my auto taxes, and it sounded so easy, but low and behold access to e-check payments is not easy at all. So now here I am trying to download the HCConnect app and can ONLY download it to my phone or notebook, not to my computer. I could not add my computer to the list that you have (and when did you get it from????). Yes, I am a wee bit upset.
