The UI is clumsy. Needs a kick of intuitiveness. I feel like I'm setting up an Enigma machine when editing time cards. I love the level of detail, but all data isn't needed all the time. The operate flouts for self/team is a neat idea. The overall package is far superior to the other systems I've used in the past. Simplify the UI and you have a winner.

Trash app. Makes it too hard and time-consuming to clock in and out and is constantly pestering you to change your password that you will instantly forget. This app SUCKS!

This app is bad at keeping information for long and updating information, it constantly signs me out of the app ending my session, it doesn't let me update my password even after several attempts, it just stays at the loading screen after I tried updating my password and my password expires soon, and apparently I have to go into work on my day off because this stupid app won't do its job, if you want your business to be successful have more of this kind of problems on paper not unreliable app.

Whenever I've updated the app on the past, it just deleted my entire login and everything I needed to make it functional. I literally got locked out and couldn't clock in, but they make us use it for work so🤷🏾♀️.
