I think this is a pretty good app. A large part of whether it's going to be
worth having is the people that are in charge of sending out the messages.
My area has done fairly well in that respect up until just recently. We had
gotten alerts about water lines breaking, parades and so forth but when a 5-year-old autistic child went missing no alert was sent out until after the
child was found over 24 hours later. So, hopefully that was a communication
error somewhere along the line that has since been resolved.

Worked for a couple of weeks, but now it can't open alerts to read them. Tried to uninstall and reinstall a couple of times, but it hasn't helped.

Recently at the top of every hr it is the same notifications from days ago. Can't tell what is new or old. Need fixed, very annoying to get the same notifications every hour
