I have been using this app to help me sleep for the past few months, and I have found it very effective.

I have used headspace daily for sleep casts for the last 4 months. I always struggle with sleep but these are incredible for me and work so well - I'm always asleep within ~5 minutes. I've used it previously for meditation and found that helpful too. One feature I would really love is to be able to tell which wind down exercise is being used in the sleep cast that night. I can't stand the breathing exercise one, so I have to search for one every night to check they aren't using that exercise.

6/12 Edit 4⭐️. Thank you for changing the layout back, so it's easier to see what's planned for the day. And thank you for defrosting Ebb. 💗 Still only 4⭐️ cuz we can't disable Ebb and so much of the content ends with ads for other Headspace content. (sigh)

Spotless, essential mediation tools including long-term mediation courses with multiple levels. Currently branching out to a lot of new content, not entirely sure that is a good thing, but remains cordoned off into sections.

Didn't use it enough to keep paying the subscription but kept it because I did like it and there was a decent amount of free content but after downloading the latest update I realized there is not much use for the app anymore without paying, and it takes so long to load anything that is available... bummer

I paid for this app for nearly a decade. I did not renew, so now have the free version. It's useless: it is littered with items and favorites, but everything is locked. I get it, you want me to pay. But you can visually arrange the free version, so I can still access *something* while making an upgrade tempting. This is simply noise. One reason I stopped paying for it was too overwhelming with options. Where's the simplicity? Headspace as a brand has lost its way.
