Description by SmartFusionLabs(from Google Play)
This app allows using your phone as a head tracking device for games on your PC. Works with games which support FreeTrack 2.0 protocol but can also connect directly with Opentrack.
Many flight or racing simulation games support head tracking. HeadTrack on your phone can be your head tracking device, no additional hardware is required. HeadTrack tracks your head movement and rotation which is sent to your games.
The HeadTrack app on your phone supports Gyroscope or Camera as input. The Gyroscope input has very little latency which makes it good for quick movements. The Camera input supports full 6DoF tracking.
Supported Inputs • HeadTrack (recommended) - Available for Android & iOS with Gyroscope or Camera. • Opentrack App - Connect any app which is compatible with Opentrack. • Live Link App - Another alternative iOS app with camera input
Supported Outputs • FreeTrack (recommended / Windows only) - Head tracking data is sent to games which support FreeTrack 2.0. This should work with most games which support head trackers. • Opentrack - Head tracking data is sent to Opentrack on this PC. This is useful if you already have Opentrack set up. • FlightGear - Plugin for FlightGear • X-Plane - Plugin for X-Plane 9+
Supported Games Most games which support head tracking should work with HeadTrack. Some games we can confirm are working: Arma 3, BeamNG.drive, FlightGear, X-Plane. In your game, look into the settings if there is any support for FreeTrack or similar head tracking devices.
If there is any input or output you would like to see added, let us know!

I don't want to rate this low because of its potential, but I am unable to connect to my pc on the demo app on steam as it says connection failed when I try to connect over Wi-Fi

Honestly not bad. I've tried many alternatives to Tracker mainly for DCS use. It went from using open track with AI track, ARRCO pads and even 2 other face tracking apps but all of them had ridiculous delay- and/or general bad movement capture. This app is free (and the PC version is 5-10 bucks depending if it's on sale or not). And comparing 5 bucks to 300 for tracker, this is honestly amazing. Only downside for me is the lack of precision with very fine head movement (especially when zooming)

Promising especially as an alternative to AR-only solutions for incompatible phones; however the camera performance mode currently does not support back camera in horizontal which can be an issue. Front camera supports horizontal, it's been overlooked? Wi-fi connection was unstable despite a 500Mbps connection. No mention/setting for fps. 60 min demo available on steam, a bit deceptive. Not buying yet, will test and update review within that demo limit.

Not really good, jitters left and right no matter what u do, smoothing to 100, 90, 80, dent matter. U need to put a setting where u can calibrate ya face, so it registers where your head position is and stays steady, no matter what curves u input the red dot rises on its own even when u perfectly still, it needs some twee kin!! Big time.
