I am mostly satisfied with the app. It analyzes accurately and fixes my health conditions effectively. At times, however, the analysis does not show all the five conditions that need attention. It sometimes shows only 2 conditions or even nothing in the result, and I need to keep clearing cache from the app in order to make it work rightly. This recently occurs more and more frequently, which is frustrating. I hope that the company will fix this problem quickly.

Refuses to move past a white screen, so I can start a New Resonance analysis. It just shows the circle going round and round. Both my phones have it in them and do the same thing. 1 has for months. The other just to say when I stupidly did the update. Resonance is no good to me now. Booo.

The July 2025 update is broken. The app won't go beyond "connecting to the Heal Advisor Cloud." Now I can't use my device, thanks!

The Healy device keeps disconnecting from my phone, very frustrating, can you guys please fix the bug, especially when I'm outside. And also, sometimes the Heal Advisor Analyze 2 asks me to connect to another Healy for no reason.

Appalling. Less than half of the programs work and if they do, they're stuck halfway during analysis. Hope this is fixed soon.
