I am facing a very bad OTP problem, my child is sick, and I cannot take appointment because your app can't send me an OTP. Have tried to register and log in from multiple devices, and it's still the same result. I can't even reach anywhere for help. Need help😞

Unable to delete duplicate profile... I had created 2 profiles of my baby by mistake but unable to delete one. No profile delete option available.

There is a problem with app when we try to book an appointment from out of India. I had booked an appointment for my family of 6PM India time and I got confirmation for 6PM however it was booked in Clinics system as 11.30AM India time. Ideally app should book time slot as per India time even if it is booked from any other country for family members as the location of Clinic is India.
