Had issues logging in. Emailed support, and they found something on my end that wasn't done during registration. They squared it away, and now the app works flawlessly. Logging activities for LIVE well is easy now.

Not sure how to get in touch with customer support, but the 'active minutes tracking' option doesn't seem to work. Wouldn't care in the slightest but our health insurance now makes us use this damn app instead of going and getting a physical to determine plans and discounts.

Was great when it worked for me. But I am not able to log into the app. Tried uninstalling & reinstalling but that still didn't work.

The app is extremely slow. It takes forever to switch between pages, then even longer to load the page. It's not a Wi-Fi or cellular data problem It's the app.
