Good app when it works. Using the support chat function is extremely frustrating. It uses AI. It will give a troubleshooting step where you have to back out of the chat. It doesn't store the chat where you can come back and say it didn't work. Every time you come back to the chat, you have to start over.

I've had this app for over 2 years, as it was promoted by my work for health and well-being. Initially, it was not the most intuitive, but once I got the hang of it, it has been good. There are lots of useful resources to learn about various health topics. You can track your health metrics, and set it up for reminders. Pairing with fitness apps automates the health tracking.

Lets you perform activities to earn points and redeem gift cards. Also informs you what actions you can do to earn (Dr's office visits, health prevention scans (like mammograms and quit smoking visits). Very useful.

It's synced to my Garmin and even tho my Garmin tracks workouts and sleep, I still have to enter both manually. It's also just a bad app: The amount of points on the home page, Rewards Page, and Earnings History are all different?? I have no idea the real number. And the app is full of bloat and health slop that no doubt slows it down and increases the app size. Like others, I use this because I have no choice, I would not if I had the choice.

Inconsistent and glitchy. It does not consistently capture data from Samsung health. When it does, the data that it captures is not always correct. For example Personify Health counts far less sleep time than what is recorded in Samsung health. It seems to only record deep sleep. The same is true for activity time. At times, I have 12,000 steps but only 5 minutes of activity for the day.

Although this app is linked with my Samsung health, it does not count my steps in the challenge which is upsetting!!
