I used to love program but now not so much since they've changed it and combined the healthy food and utility together. I'd love if they went back to the old way of the healthy food and utility separate. I do enjoy the new program called Fitness and OTC benefits.

I appreciate the help Healthy Savings provides. My only problem has been using the App on my phone. I have had to change my password several times because I got the wrong password message, even though I know the one I entered was correct.

My experience started out I didn't pay much attention to the cards, not knowing I had to register the card before I could use it.

Currently, when I try to log in it sends me to a screen to change my password. I need to enter it three times. Usually it sends me a message that I have been logout due to lack of activity. Fingerprint doesn't work. I can log in about every 8th time.

Previous problem was this app looking up my medicare otc benefit & not fresh bucks, so I couldn't use it for its original purpose. (There's already a separate app for my otc benefit info). Now when I try to open either app it gives me the loading screen & immediately closes. This has continued after uninstalling & reinstalling both apps. I can't see if it still confuses which benefits I'm asking about & have to call separate numbers for each benefit balance. PLEASE FIX BOTH OF THESE PROBLEMS!

**update I now can not log in. It deletes my login info before I can hit submit. I think my app has an issue. I have no functionality in this app except to visually see my card. Is the app supposed to do more than that? Isn't there supposed to be a discount page or tab. And a scan tool, so you know if something qualifies. I am.a little lost folk.
