I just needed someone outside my circle to talk to. I didn't need intensive therapy or multiple sessions of 'tell me about your history of relationships from childhood to adulthood'. I just needed a caring and impartial listener to encourage me and remind me that I have the power to make my life better by taking it one step and one day at a time. With the subscription for a month which is way lesser than a counselling session, I personally feel this is a great app considering the quality of the listeners, any number of times one can ask for support and the wider availability of the listeners - 24/7. As a listener myself, listening to others has supported me to become a listener than I was before in the real life as the support and the guidance available for listeners is incredible.

I used to use this app before, ngl it helped me a lot before. The listeners were great. Today I was shocked to see it having such fewer ratings and downloads, so I downloaded it again but it's not free anymore?? I thought this app was supposed to help people?? It's not "help" if you charge money for it. You can't talk to any listener for free now. Very, VERY disappointed.
