Extra star because I didn't get to see the actual support it provided. I couldn't see it, because I had to put in my "city", you know everyone lives in a city. I tried to put the closest city to me, but that wouldn't work because you need to add a postal code or zip code. Apparently the closest city to me, in northern Ontario Canada has been assigned zip codes. Another issue is I think you must talk on the phone. So that's a no-go for me, besides I would be talking to whomever. Anyone can volunt

It won't delete my account.Because it can't talk about a wallet balance. And this is obviously it is irritating, and you can't even delete your phone number in your email address from this app which means if you can't delete your account, and you just want to sign out snice you can't delete it, they still have access to the account and not only just account but also to your email address and your phone number and who knows what they're doing with that information and it is irritating

$48 an hour in the USA for a "trained listener" who doesn’t have a degree and probably trained under 50 hours. Maybe under 30 Yes, a great listener is important. Yes it helps a lot. Yes they are immediately available. But this seems way overpriced. I'd rather just talk to AI for free... or find someone in another country who speaks English well, and needs money, and us a good listener. Many Asians with a good network connection will take less than $2/hour for this type of task.
