★★☆☆☆ There are some MAJOR issues with this app. As I manually entered a customer's card information, a pop-up from Google came up asking if I'd like to save this payment method for later. My customer saw that and was rightfully horrified. If you want to email the receipt to your customer it redirects you into the Gmail (or whatever your default email app is). I really wish it would just ask the customer after they sign and do it all in-app. It also doesn't accept special characters in the password field. So, say goodbye to strong passwords as well. Obviously I'm not very impressed with this app, and for many heartland customers this app is all they see. It deserves far more attention and the first issue I mentioned is absolutely unacceptable.
★★☆☆☆ Slow and clumsy I don't like having to sign in all the time. Takes too long to setup for your company... too many settings that should be retreived from a simple username and password. Also not professional as far as sending emails. It should send emails from the app itself instead of launching external email application. Just glad I'm not paying for this service and my boss is. For my business I use intuit gopayment. Much simpler. Also needs to be reinstalled often and batches do not settle properly if cell connec
