Description
Easily understand and track the trajectory of your cardiovascular and cardiometabolic health. This is the only heart health app that tests biomarkers highly impactful in assessing your heart health, tracks them over time, and provides personal recommendations for improvement.
Currently, cardiovascular health and CVD risk are determined through a single-point assessment (primarily during an annual exam). By longitudinally tracking your trajectory across 7 of the most deterministic cardiovascular risk biomarkers, you will be able to not only understand where you are, but more importantly, where you are headed. HeartMap will bring visibility to your cardiovascular risk, and also provide impactful recommendations to achieve optimal heart health.
After subscribing to HeartMap, you will receive one at-home test collection kit per quarter. Samples will be collected via finger-stick. Once the lab receives your dried blood sample and generates results, your HeartMap will update, tracking the biomarkers and revising your personalized recommendations. All tests are scientifically validated and have high clinical utility for assessing heart health.
