I found it very useful. But I am having difficulty with accent. I scored 70 in the first test and 90 in the second one. My parents got 50 and 40 respectively, so the test is somewhat accurate. Don't be disappointed by your 1st test result, You will have to take 2 tests to get accurate results

App seems to work well, and my score was low enough that I plan to get a proper hearing test done. However, I'd really have appreciated more detailed feedback than a simple score. I already know that I have poorer hearing in my left ear from previous medical issues, but I have no idea if my poor(ish) score is due to one bad ear dragging the overall score down, or an indication of poor hearing in both ears.

That is too simple to be called a hear test. It is biased in my opinion using only 3 numbers with the same noise and different volume. There a lot of free hear test in websites that are much better than this.

I downloaded the app to my Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra with Bluetooth headset and took the test twice. I was able to hear the numbers and completed the test both times. However, I did not get any results. The app just went back to the "Check your hearing" screen. I looked in the history tab, but there were no results.

Would not accept my good Skull Candy headphones. It said they weren't stereo -which they definitely are. I tried several ear buds, and it wouldn't accept any of them. Worthless!

NOT FOR AMERICAN ENGLISH! Couldn't figure out why I was getting a bad score--everything was clear. I took 2 other app- & headphone-based hearing tests & got excellent scores. It's due to the English accent! Example: With high ambient noise, her "1" and "4" are so similar @ end. Americans are used to the N in "1" being discernible but hers is completely opened mouth, round O mouth to end-no tip of tongue for "N". She doesn't use the "R" in "4" so it's like "foe", same open round O mouth at end.
