First time user here. I like this app, so far. It is well-designed and easy to use. It offers the option for future orders, I really like that.

Glad that Heavenly Pizza was able to add this option for ordering. App seems to be running smooth. Makes it so much easier to order from my favorite place.
★★★★☆Charlie Noftz· Jan 4, 2022
Its convenient and easy to use. My only problem is that you have to restart your order if you exit the app.

You can use the app and can't pay in store like you can at Findlay
★☆☆☆☆Patrick Black· Jan 19, 2021
Do not recommend if you live outside of Findlay even though they offer delivery to several towns in the county. Any address outside of Findlay for delivery is rejected. Otherwise, the food is great.
★☆☆☆☆Zach Mitchell· Jul 9, 2024
The coupons work much better now, and they added a tipping option. Update 7/9/2024. They do not monitor the online orders very well. Love the convenience of ordering on the app, but they regularly miss my order and when I go to pick it up they haven't started it yet. Have waited well over an hour for a delivery because they missed the order. I needed to call to ask where it is, and they didn't see it. Probably better off calling in your order.
