App won't allow me to log in. My password and account number all put in correctly. App doesn't allow me to put in my ten character password.

Crashes as soon as you open the app. Doesn't even let you put in your account information. Tried to send feedback but that crashed as well. Please help!!!

Freezes up I would love to have this app, but it freezes up on the payment screen. Lets me put an amount in but will not let me update my debit cards new expiration date . As soon as I change the month it freezes, and I cannot go any further. I have the Samsung S7 brand new. I'm bummed. Can anyone help? I uninstalled and reinstalled twice and same result. I can navigate everywhere else with ease
