I can not make my payments from the app, their little banner at the bottom will not allow you to click the pay button. I don't have time to call every time I need to make a payment, so it is super inconvenient.

This app sucks It won't let you change password because you can't go up far enough to see anything It won't let you change your password because you can't see underneath it It won't let you do biometrics either.

I'm probably the first consumer of this app function, and I'm sick. Hard time finding my total amount owed, so I can budget. I have seen some amount, but it didn't seem right because it was just a flat amount??? Confusing for real.

Trouble with getting code can't seem to log in anymore. Needs to fix it ASAP been going on far to long. Always have to call to make payment. When it worked great. FIX IT please
