Heima: Chores & Routines

Heima - the family organizer for chores, routines and a fairly shared home

The mental load of running a home - remembering everything, coordinating everyone, carrying it all in your head - shouldn't rest on one person. Heima gives your family a shared system for chores, daily routines and responsibilities, so the invisible work finally becomes visible and everyone at home takes part. Built in Iceland to make family life simpler and fairer.

SHARED CHORES & TASK OVERVIEW
See what needs to be done, who's responsible and what's been completed. Assign chores, set due dates and points, and give the whole family full clarity over the household - no more juggling everything in your head.

DAILY & WEEKLY ROUTINES
Build morning, evening and weekly routines that actually stick - for kids, teens and adults alike. Consistent days with less nagging and fewer reminders.

POINTS & REWARDS FOR KIDS
Kids and teens earn points for completing their tasks and spend them in the family rewards shop - allowance, screen time, movie nights or anything you choose together. Chores become something children want to do.

INSIGHTS - SEE WHO DOES WHAT
Track task completion and every family member's contribution over time. See how the workload is really shared and have real conversations about balance and fairness at home.

SHARED LISTS
Shopping and grocery lists sorted by category, to-dos and checklists - packing lists, gift ideas, anything you need to track - all updated in real time for the whole household. No more forgotten items or three bottles of ketchup in the cupboard.

HEIMA AI ASSISTANT
Tell Heima what your family needs using text, voice or a photo, and it sets up the tasks, routines and lists for you - in seconds.

BUILT FOR EVERY HOME
Two-parent households, single parents, co-parents, couples and shared homes. Every member gets their own profile with age-appropriate tasks: parents coordinate, kids participate and everyone sees the same picture.

BUILT FOR NEURODIVERGENT FAMILIES
Heima is recommended by and for families with neurodivergent members. The simple, visual task overview helps people with ADHD, autism and other needs stay on top of household routines - and helps anyone who struggles with procrastination or overwhelm.
