This has stopped working after an update that failed to load now can't use app or log in? Update still no response form app administrator so wondering if it's been shut down or something. Anyone else knows a workaround to be able to use camera still?

The app has stopped working. There is no way to reset your password. There is no way to restart the app. No way to email customer support.

Everything about these fails. The app won't connect to cameras, the password reset does not work at all. I now own cameras that I cannot connect to. Very frustrating
