I've been using this app starting several years ago. It works just fine for viewing/monitoring my front porch or rooms inside the house when we are on vacation. Never had a problem.

Very reliable cameras. They never go offline. Did not connect to the cameras with my app for 5 months. Haven't personally been in the monitored premises for this time. I reside in another state. Got a new Sim card and phone. Reloaded the app. Logged in. Cameras working as good as gold all that time without me having to be there personally to reset or do anything else.

Delayed Push Notifications. No more support to cameras (firmware update), unable to access them through web. App abandoned since mid 2022

After reset can not connect to the web interface to reset password. The mobile app doesn't allow to log in

This app no longer seems to work. It refuses to add my webcam because it fails to accept the correct password. It used to work. The camera was removed for decorating, but when reinstalled the app refused to connect. Deleted the camera, but on "adding" the password is refused. Even after a complete camera reset to "admin" password, app still says it's wrong. This had made my camera useless. The help forum suggested that I buy a new camera. I will, but never a TP Link one again.
