AT LOCATION 434 KAMEHAMEHA AVE. HILO. THE Employees ARE SO AWESOME. It's ALMOST LIKE TALKING TO MY OWN FAMILY MEMBERS. THE LOCATION IS PERFECTLY CONVENIENT, THE BEST GAS PRICES AND IN THE STORE TOO! I LOVE THIS HELE GAS STATION!!

Your app sucks, I forgot my PIN and not only does it make it hard to input the PIN (keyboard does not appear on Samsung Galaxy A37 until I try several times) but pressing Forgot my PIN does *not* send a reset email to me. Very, very disappointed!

Lose money this app. They say 25 cents savings per gallon. Very much untrue! Why lie? Went to both hele at 590 Farrington why and the one in Militant on Lanikuhana absolutely no rewards nor savings even after the store said to activate the 25 cents savings on app. Waste time. Uninstalled!

This app looks and feels like maleare, and it doesn't even work properly for gas. Redeemed the HELE code and never got the discount then it never let me redeem it again. It's also a massive pain in the butt to set up and their website isn't even secure Edit: reinstalling and logging back in seemed dto have fixed the issue for now. App still looks and feels like trash but at least I get the rewards now...
