When I'm in line and behind someone and the cashier asks do u have a kickback card ? The person will say no and then cashier will say or at least try and say would u like one, sometimes they are able to the person the details of the kickback card and then other times the cashier gets cut off by a rude customer saying No, no no, or I don't have time for this bs or etc. etc. I have heard some doozies. Yes u can save your points up till when ever decide to cash them in.

I like the friendliness of the workers. However, I can't use app at Thayer KS location. I can collect points. But club and ordering are not allowed. Kind of irritating since I live in Thayer.

The App isn't really that bad, it's more the entire company/system is needlessly complicated... I have 15.66 saved up and ended up being in a situation where I really needed to use them. But I don't have an actual physical card, I have just used my number for years to accrue points. Just get a card! Easy! WRONG. From the phantom URLs that lead you nowhere to endless subsidiaries of the Kickback Program (am I Phillips 69? Or Pocket Rocket?) makes for a confusing nightmare.

I will give it five stars when the issue is fixed every time I click on it it goes back to main screen and will not let me on it it says it has a bug when will it be fixed I would like to know how many points I have when I try to get into it it needs to be fixed immediately then I will give it five star until then absolutely none
